Several airlines were having problems with a computerized reservation system Monday afternoon, causing problems for travelers, who were unable to check-in for flights.

A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles International Airport said carriers were experiencing technical difficulties with the reservation system, but had no further information about the problem.
