Coach Lerche Njang has join Kaya FC Academy after a successful time with FC Metro Manila.

The Nigerian football coach who was the head coach of FC Metro Manila U15 has join Kaya FC Academy.

Before joining Kaya, Lerche was the head coach of an Amateur team Sunesther Sports Foundation and Academy Manager of L & M Football Academy all in Nigeria.

In the Philippines, Lerche is a former coach of Ormoc Soccer Association U15 in Leyte where he won many trophies and a Former FC Metro Manila U15 head coach where he lifted Mabuhay Leagues 5 times in a row with his U15 side.

Talking to Parrot Post after he was confirmed with the club, he described the opportunity as a "Privilege"

"It is and honor and Privilege to be part of Kaya Football Club as an Academy coach and I look forward to facing this new Challenge"

"Every player wants to play in a big club and every coach wants to coach in a big club"

"Kaya to me is one of the top 4 clubs right now in the Philippines and with the coming of the PFL, I believe it will only get better", he said.
